there's a few of us trying to set up some kind of fight practice for people on the network, somewhere we can test out these weapons retrospec's been sending us and figure out what sort of things we know how to do. maybe teach each other how to use these weapons the right way before we wind up fighting giant spiders again

i figured you might be interested, since you're one of the people that's had weapons sent to them. and you probably know more people that i don't who've been sent this kind of stuff too, it's for ANYBODY affected by retrospec's bullshit

yeah well so does fighting a giant spider with a magic weapon that just kind of appears in your hand when you need it

it's gonna happen whether we're ready for it or not so we might as well try and keep them from getting the jump on us again, right?

i'll let you know when i've got a concrete time and place, just waiting to hear back on it. in the meantime though, do you know anyone else who'd be good at teaching people how to KEEP from losing limbs or eyes

second question first: couldn't tell you. i know of a bunch off the top of my head but i don't know everyone on the network, either

so far i've talked to togusa and the prof about the legalities of it to make sure we don't wind up raided by the cops or something

grell sutcliffe and dr. trevelyan for medical in case we need it

togusa hooked me up with this guy tatsuo who's working on getting us the dojo he works at for practice space

luke castellan, sorey doushi, mikleo lefay, vera weisz, chloe bouchard, you, and now kiyomitsu about getting people to teach. i just found out a friend of mine got sent a spear so maybe if she knows how to use it she can teach that too

i should probably talk to the striders too, this sounds like dirk's kind of thing if nothing else

i don't know, it might be one of those "matter of time" things. a friend of mine hadn't remembered ANYTHING even though he's been on the network since the start and then a few days ago he remembered fighting some sort of demon

but even if that's the case you're right, just in case they haven't remembered anything by that point we should still be ready to protect them

do you actually know anyone who's remembered shooting lasers out of their eyes or is that something you pulled out of your ass

it's bullshit that i have to actually ask that question

As far as I know no one has actually shot lasers out of their eyes but now that I said that, it's probably going to happen next week.
You'll be walking down the street and wave at someone and suddenly they're accidentally shooting heat vision at you because they chose that inconvenient moment to gain superpowers.

i remember black shadowy monsters that tried to claw at you, bigger ones with swords, and ones that attacked by biting. are you trying to ask if i remember any in particular?
